Justice for Sia Van Wyck - a multi part series

On July 19th of 2017, seven year old Sia Van Wyck was killed by a man driving a combine tractor as she played in a field in rural Nova Scotia.

An RCMP investigation deemed the death a tragic accident that was not criminal in nature however her family, her supporters, and their respected private investigator believe the investigation was fundamentally flawed from the start and had it been handled properly things may have likely turned out very differently.

In this multipart series we demand Justice for Sia Van Wyck

Justice for Sia - Part 1 - Sia’s Mom Effie

Justice for Sia - Part 2 - Sia’s Dad Erik

Justice for Sia - Part 3 - Brandy’s awful neighbour

Justice for Sia - Part 4 - Tom Martin’s Investigation

Justice for Sia - Part 5 - the Van Wyck family’s lawyer James Giacomantonio

the US Congressional Hearing on UFO/UAP

We are going to do something I rarely do.... Cross the American border.

Given this series title UFOs above CANADA and Nighttime’s tag line CANADIAN crime, mysteries, and the weird this is clearly a unique situation.

Just last week, three former American military officials revealed in a congressional hearing that they believe the American government is covering up the recovery of a downed extraterrestrial spacecraft and the non human biological materials it contained.

In this episode we are joined by UFO researchers Martin Willis (who attended the hearing) and Chris Rutkowski.

the Murder of Misha Pavelick

2006, Near Regina Beach, Saskatchewan

On the third night of a three day long graduation party, a group of people unconnected to the event crashed the party. At some point after their arrival tensions flared between members of the groups.

What started off as a verbal altercation in a dimly lit field has evolved into one of Regina's most often discussed unsolved murders.

Despite there being nearly 200 in attendance, and 17 years of finger pointing, investigators have yet been able to prove who killed 19 year old Misha Pavelick.

In this episode I’m joined by Madelayne Kline to discuss the murder of Misha Pavelick.
