If you would like to report a UFO sighting in Canada please complete the below form.

-All completed reports will be shared with UFOlogy Research for inclusion in the Canadian UFO Survey, a civilian research group which analyzes trends in Canadian UFO sightings.

-The basic details (date/place/description) of your sighting may be recounted and discussed on the Nighttime Podcast’s UFOs Above Canada Series.
